Responsible supply chain

We use the Ethical Trading Initiative as part of our supplier assessment process, reinforced by external networks including Achilles, to ensure our suppliers reflect our environmental, social and ethical commitments.

Supply chain diversity

We work with a wide base of small and medium enterprises alongside our larger partners. That diversity supports local economies and communities, and gives our customers access to niche products, services and solutions that a narrower supply chain could not deliver.

Supplier policies

Our Supplier Code of Conduct and Modern Slavery Statement set out what we require of our supply chain and how we monitor and evaluate compliance against applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Internal compliance

Our Executive and Senior Management teams attend monthly Compliance Board meetings, where the effectiveness of our ISO-accredited management systems is reviewed. Risks associated with each management system are tracked, managed and communicated through that forum.
