We run a state-of-the-art refurbishment department within our UK Operations Centre in Birmingham. Every device undergoes secure and approved data sanitisation, portable appliance testing and physical diagnostics. We offer two service tiers to match your requirements: standard refurbishment for functionality, or enhanced refurbishment with cosmetic restoration. For hybrid workers, we provide a simplified tracked collection service with no end-user packaging burden.

Standard refurbishment
Professionally tested and cleaned, with full diagnostics and portable appliance testing. Devices returned fully functional, refreshed and ready for redeployment or resale.
Refurb as a Service
Enhanced tier combining functional testing, hardware repair and cosmetic restoration. Includes refinishing, vinyl skinning and minor aesthetic restoration to deliver near-as-new appearance alongside renewed performance.
Cosmetic repair and restoration
OEM colour-matched vinyl coverings, dent and scratch filling, paintwork refinishing and targeted part replacement. Protects device condition from day one and restores appearance after heavy use.
Image build and configuration
A variety of image build solutions applied during refurbishment to prepare devices for redeployment.
Hybrid worker device collection
Tamper-proof tracked collection from distributed users, transported directly to our Birmingham facility. No end-user packaging or label printing required, simplifying logistics and reducing human error.
